Birds

Birds are protected in the UK and the EU. Our consultants are proficient in bird identification and bird counts and can carry out a variety of bird surveys including breeding bird surveys, nesting bird checks, wetland birds and wintering bird surveys. Stephen and Sarah also hold licences to survey barn owls to assess the potential effects of developments on this species. Survey timings vary across the different surveys.
